Change Log

Order Block Scope version history.

1.1.0 — 2026-10-30

Changed

  • No block outline by default. Turn on Show block outline to draw the 1 px outline again.
  • Active order blocks are drawn on top of mitigated or broken ones.
  • The retest arrow label sits right next to its arrow.
  • A label that would sit on another label is left out. BOS and CHoCH labels go first, then retest labels, the newest first. The lines and arrows always stay. Turn on Show overlapping labels to draw every label.

New

  • Active order blocks to show (per side) and Mitigated or broken blocks to show (per side): how many blocks the chart draws on each side. Hidden blocks still give retest signals, plot values and alerts.
  • Show older active blocks faded, Show mitigated or broken blocks and Mitigated or broken block look (Faded or Outline).
  • Show gaps smaller than Min gap size and Show only gaps that made an order block.
  • Retest arrow label: Break (BOS or CHoCH), Retest, or None.
  • Max order block size (ATR): the tallest order block, in ATR(14). Off by default (0). It is the only new setting that changes which blocks and signals you get.

Fixed

  • Show BOS and CHoCH off now hides only the BOS and CHoCH lines and labels. In 1.0.0 it also stopped the order blocks, the retest arrows, the plot values and the alerts.

1.0.0 — 2026-10-30

New

  • First version. Order Block Scope draws an order block from a fair value gap (FVG) that comes after a structure break, a break of structure (BOS) or a change of character (CHoCH).
  • A block fades when a bar closes through it, or after its last retest.
  • Retest signals: an arrow, a plot and an alert.
  • It calculates on bar close only, so a live chart shows what a reload shows.
