Accessibility Statement

Wizdough Inc. ("Wizdough") is committed to making wizdough.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who browse with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology.

Conformance Status

We measure wizdough.com against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the benchmark most widely referenced for commercial websites. We also test against the newer WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria.

wizdough.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means most of the site meets the standard, with the known exceptions listed below.

We use this wording deliberately. Accessibility is not a state a website reaches once; it is something that degrades every time a page changes unless it is re-tested. We would rather tell you exactly where we stand than claim a level of conformance we cannot continuously guarantee.

How We Test

Our process combines automated and manual testing:

  • Automated scanning of every public page with axe-core, covering the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 Level A and AA rulesets.
  • Manual keyboard testing of interactive components, including the support chat, checkout, and sign-in forms — verifying that focus is visible, that focus moves and returns correctly when dialogs open and close, and that no component traps keyboard focus.
  • Colour contrast verification of text and interface colours against our design tokens, enforced by an automated test in our build pipeline so a failing colour cannot ship.

The most recent full assessment was completed on July 30, 2026. At that assessment, every public page returned zero accessibility violations attributable to our own code.

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following, and we would rather disclose them than leave you to discover them:

  • Embedded YouTube videos. Product and tutorial pages embed videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. Some controls inside YouTube's own player interface do not expose accessible names. This is third-party code rendered inside an iframe, and we cannot modify it. If a video is a barrier for you, contact us and we will supply the content in another form.
  • Third-party payment pages. Checkout is completed on Stripe's hosted payment page. That page is outside our control, though Stripe publishes its own accessibility documentation.
  • Rich chart and animation content. Some marketing pages use animated and scroll-driven visuals. These are decorative and are accompanied by text equivalents, and the homepage provides a control to pause background animation. If any animation causes difficulty, the pause control is in the hero section.

Compatibility

wizdough.com is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) in combination with common assistive technologies. It requires JavaScript for the support chat, checkout, and account areas.

The products we sell are NinjaTrader 8 indicators, which run inside NinjaTrader's own desktop application. This statement covers wizdough.com only. The accessibility of the NinjaTrader platform itself is determined by NinjaTrader LLC.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on wizdough.com, please tell us. Reports from people who actually use assistive technology are the most useful information we receive, and we treat them as bug reports rather than complaints.

Please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology and browser you were using, if you are comfortable sharing it.

Our commitment: we aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 2 business days and to tell you either that the issue is fixed or what our plan and timeline for fixing it is. If something blocks you from buying or downloading a product you are entitled to, contact us and we will complete the transaction or deliver the files for you directly.

Alternative Access

If any part of this site prevents you from completing a purchase, accessing a download you have paid for, or reading documentation, we will provide that service through another channel at no additional cost. Email info@wizdough.com and we will help you directly.

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is part of our development process, not a periodic cleanup:

  • Colour contrast rules are enforced by an automated test that runs on every change.
  • Accessibility scanning is part of our review process for user-facing changes.
  • Our internal design guidelines document the accessible colour, focus, and heading rules that all new interface work must follow.

Formal Approval

This statement was prepared on July 30, 2026, following a self-evaluation of wizdough.com using the methods described above. It has not been reviewed by an independent third-party auditor.
