Wizdough Inc. ("Wizdough", "we", "us", or "our") operates the wizdough.com website. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Service.
Contact Information:

Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, make a purchase, or contact us for support.
Personal Data
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, including but not limited to:
- Email address
- First name and last name
- Phone number
- Usage Data
Usage Data
We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.
Use of Data
Wizdough uses the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service
- To notify you about changes to our Service
- To provide customer support
- To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service
- To monitor the usage of our Service
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues
- To process payments and subscriptions
Payment Processing
We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy can be found at https://stripe.com/privacy.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies. How non-essential cookies are handled depends on your region (determined from your browser's timezone): visitors in the EU/EEA/UK — or wherever your region cannot be determined — are asked to opt in first, and no analytics or marketing cookies load until you choose. Visitors elsewhere, including the United States, have analytics enabled by default and can opt out at any time via Cookie Preferences in the site footer. Marketing cookies load only with your explicit consent in every region, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out. We also use a cookieless analytics beacon (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that sets no cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the details and a full cookie table. You can also instruct your browser to refuse cookies.
AI Support Chat
The support chat on our site is answered by an AI assistant. So that we can measure whether it is useful and improve the pages it keeps having to explain, we keep a record of chat conversations on our own servers:
- What we store — the messages exchanged, the page you started the chat from, the number of messages, whether the assistant looked up a documentation page or handed you to a human, and the number of AI tokens used.
- What we remove first — email addresses and long number sequences are automatically stripped from the stored text before it is saved. If you give the assistant your email address to be contacted by a human, that address is handled through our normal support channels, not kept in this chat record.
- What we do not store — we do not store your IP address with the conversation, and we do not link it to your account. A randomly generated identifier is used only to group the messages of a single conversation together; it is held in your browser's session storage, is not a cookie, and is discarded when you close the tab.
- How long we keep it — chat records are automatically deleted 30 days after the conversation.
- How we use it — in aggregate, to understand what visitors ask and to fix unclear or missing information on the site. We do not use chat content for advertising.
Your messages are also sent to Anthropic to generate the assistant's replies, as described below. Chat records are not cookies and are not affected by your cookie choices; if you prefer not to have a conversation recorded, please use the contact form instead.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
We share personal data with the following third-party service providers:
- Stripe — Payment processing (Privacy Policy)
- Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) — Website analytics, subject to your cookie choices (on by default outside the EU/EEA/UK, opt-in within) (Privacy Policy)
- Cloudflare — Cookieless website analytics (aggregate visit counts) and content delivery; sets no cookies (Privacy Policy)
- Sentry — Application error monitoring. When something breaks on the site, a diagnostic report is sent to Sentry so we can find and fix it. The report contains the error message, the technical stack trace, and the page path — we configure it not to collect your account identity, cookies, request headers, form contents, or URL query values. It sets no cookies and does not track your browsing. Because this is about keeping the Service working and secure rather than analytics, it is not part of your cookie choices (Privacy Policy)
- Meta Pixel — Marketing analytics, only with your explicit consent (Privacy Policy)
- HubSpot — Customer relationship management. Contact form submissions and support-chat escalations are shared with HubSpot so we can respond to your inquiry; HubSpot sets no cookies on this site (Privacy Policy)
- Anthropic — Powers the AI support chat. If you use the chat, your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses; we don't include your account details, and Anthropic does not use API data to train its models (Privacy Policy)
- Google (Sign-in) — if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and a Google account identifier to create and authenticate your account (Privacy Policy)
We do not sell your personal data for money. Some analytics and advertising cookies (for example, Meta Pixel) may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out of this at any time by rejecting or customizing cookies via Cookie Preferences in the footer, or by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC), which we honor as an opt-out.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial transaction records retained for tax purposes).
Support-chat records are deleted automatically 30 days after the conversation, as described under AI Support Chat.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your personal data. These include encryption of data in transit (HTTPS), hashed account passwords, access controls, and delegating payment handling to PCI-compliant Stripe (we never store full card details). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your data we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States, where our company and service providers are located. If you are located outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US as necessary to provide the Service you request and as permitted by applicable law; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
